VISION
At Project Welle, my vision is to help people come back home to themselves. Body, mind, and spirit. I believe movement is medicine, and that healing starts when you feel safe, supported, and seen. As a mother, coach, and a woman of faith, I know what it's like to rebuild after trauma, after burnout, after life shifts like motherhood, loss, or healing from injury- and its my purpose to walk alongside others on that same path. Through Project Welle, I'm building a space where wellness is personal, motherhood is honored, and strength is reclaimed-not just in the body, but in the soul.

WHY PROJECT, NOT PROGRAM?
At Project Welle, we believe that fitness is not just about following a set program, but about embarking on a dynamic and empowering journey toward wellness. That's why we've chosen to use the word "project" to describe our approach to fitness. A project suggests a sense of purpose and progress, emphasizing that we are constantly striving to push our clients toward their goals. It also implies a level of innovation and creativity, as we are always experimenting with new techniques and strategies to help our clients achieve their best selves. By focusing on projects rather than programs, we encourage our clients to take ownership of their fitness journeys and to approach each session with an open mind and a spirit of adventure. At Project Welle, we are dedicated to providing a fitness experience that is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual, helping them to achieve lasting, transformative results.

Meet Giselle, CEO, and Founder of Project Welle, a wellness initiative dedicated to helping busy individuals prioritize their health and fitness. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Giselle specializes in functional training, conventional strength training, TRX training and high-intensity interval workouts.
Giselle has always been a firm believer in pushing herself to the limit, both physically and mentally. She has challenged herself to compete in both bikini fitness competitions and ultra-running events. Her drive and determination to continuously improve herself have allowed her to better understand the challenges and obstacles her clients may face.
As a parent herself, Giselle understands the challenges busy parents face when it comes to making health and fitness a priority. She is dedicated to empowering them to prioritize their physical and emotional health, so they can feel their best and be the best version of themselves for their families.
In addition to her expertise in fitness, Giselle is also a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. She personally overcame an autoimmune disease through a combination of eastern medicine and a holistic approach to wellness. She is dedicated to sharing her story and helping others achieve optimal health.
Giselle is fluent in both English and Spanish, making her able to serve a wider range of individuals, especially busy parents. Whether working with individuals or small groups, she is passionate about empowering busy parents to prioritize their well-being, so they can live healthier happier lives.
