However, if you do book a call and do not attend your scheduled time within 5 minutes of the start time, I will unfortunately leave the call and continue with my workday.
We take on clients all around Southern California from beginner to advanced and base the project design on their unique needs. This includes the clients current fitness level, goal, experience, access to equipment, schedule, and food preferences.
We have expertise in training design for fat loss, muscle gain, general fitness or athletic development, and sports performance. We further specialize in mobility, flexibility, and corrective exercise.
Each exercise in every personalized project is laid out briefly with sets, reps, tempo along with video demonstrations for each movement.
Your dedicated Coach will build and deliver all this projects in person or through a comprehensive mobile app. The app is static, meaning we build every single workout project from the ground up for each individual client.
We develop progressive projects the same way online as we would for a client in a studio, it’s that specific. Workouts are progressed and revised by your coach based on your bio-feedback and adaptation cycle which is approximately every four weeks.
All Project Welle projects include a meal plan based on four paths: Balanced, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, and Vegetarian. These meal plans are written by a Registered Dietitian. Your coach may adjust your initial estimated caloric intake of macros based on your bio-feedback and progress. Other than the unlimited in-app messaging system, within our three primary projects, we offer Zoom coaching calls once per month with the GET WELLE PROJECT, every other week with the BE WELLE PROJECT, or weekly with the STAY WELLE PROJECT. If you are looking for support and accountability, then projects with more coaching would be a good choice so you connect with your coach more frequently. The quality of projects are the same no matter what option you choose, the pricing is based on the coaching sessions.
We typically recommended the BE WELLE or STAY WELLE projects for beginners or those seeking more support and professional guidance. All projects are either flat rate in person or a subscription at home, and are automatically billed monthly until you cancel or change plans.

Simply put we believe that everyone is in a different place physically and psychologically and the body you see in a picture used for marketing is not yours. Comparing yourself to others should not be a prime motivation. We feel a person should compare themselves to themselves as that is the real measure! You have a unique genetic makeup, fitness level, and sensitivity to exercise and your results are your own.
We choose not to exploit our clients and perpetuate the fitness scams plaguing the internet and media. We also dislike manipulative and disingenuous marketing and the fitness industry is notorious for it and We want nothing to do with that. Be the best version of yourself, not someone else.
Contrary to popular belief, everyone is different and the body that you see in a marketing image is not yours. We believe that people should not be motivated by the idea of comparing themselves to others. Instead the real measure of comparison is comparing yourself to yourself.
Your results are your own, and we do not use the services of others to perpetuate the fitness scams that are currently plaguing the internet and media. We also don't want to be associated with the industry that is known for its manipulative and deceptive marketing. Instead, we want you to focus on being the best version of yourself.
Your professional nutrition and fitness coach will determine the next step in your project based on their observations and their conversations with you. This includes any data that they collect from your messages, assessments, and conversations.
The typical session of a coaching session is conducted in three phases: a review of your fitness and nutrition, a general mindset assessment, and a workout/fitness review. If you choose an online project your coach will often ask you to submit a video of yourself performing a certain exercise, or they may call you live to assess your progress and provide risk assessment. You can also send short exercise videos to your coach through the PROJECT WELLE app messenger.
Although you can cancel anytime, we would hate to see you go. Before doing so, make sure that you have communicated with your coach completely and that you are aware of your needs. If you feel that you may need to change coaches, please ask that your coach be reassigned. We will do our best to support you and get you the coaching dynamic that you need.
If you are not getting what you need from PROJECT WELLE, please feel free to speak up. We can create projects for just about anyone. You can also cancel your recurring dues up to 10 days prior to your billing date using the app messenger. After you have communicated with your coach, We will then facilitate the cancellation.
All of our clients are expected to see results, and we will do our best to help them reach their goals. However, it is also important to remember that Project Welle is not a quick fix. It requires a long-term commitment and a mindset of absolute success. One of the most challenging situations that we encounter when working with clients is their tendency to lie about how much effort they put into their workouts. We do our best to help them avoid this.
Since every project is built from scratch, getting everything loaded and ready to go can take a few days. We aim to have all new client projects reviewed and fully functional within 1-3 days. Sometimes, we have to work with new clients who have specific needs, such as those with complex nutrition issues and that can take 2-4 days. We also prefer to get all clients engaged immediately, as most coaches are not available on weekends.
One of the main advantages of Project Welle is that we are fully committed to your nutritional needs with each project having a custom meal plan with up to 4 different menus. This allows you to choose between a variety of meal options such as a balanced meal plan, a gluten-free, lactose free, or vegetarian.
The meal plans at PROJECT WELLE are calorie-appropriate and are based on a macro ratio of 30% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% fat. They can be customized to meet your individual needs and are designed to provide you with the necessary nutrition to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your coach can also alter your macros or caloric intake based on your progress and bio-feedback. Additionally, clients have access to a variety of recipes and educational articles.
One of the most important advantages of working with Project Welle is our ability to accommodate your lifestyle and resources. We work with individuals who have varying levels of fitness, and we often find them unable to access a commercial gym due to their busy schedules or because they simply don’t want to spend a lot of money on a membership. While a gym membership is great for adding verity to your project, it is not necessary to see a lot of fitness success. The projects that we offer are based on what you have available, and we will design them around your equipment. For instance, if you have a home gym, we will build the project around your equipment. In addition to this, we also encourage clients to make small investments in equipment that will add to their training.
One of the most common questions that a new client asks a trainer is “how long it will take for them to see results?” This is a misleading question and has caused many people to feel hopeless about their fitness. In addition, fitness scams have created a culture of failure and have led to a reduction in the expectations of people.
We believe people should stay off the scale and not measure themselves by standards that are outside of their own body's unique physiology, genetic makeup, and current condition. We like to use a variety of tools to measure results, such as fat loss, strength increase,muscle development and composition change.
Results depend on various factors, such as the type of exercise, the amount of effort required, the consistency of the workout, and the quality of the food that you eat. For instance, if your goal is to lose body fat, a male can lose around 1.5-2 pounds per week while a female can lose around 1.0-1.5 pounds. A healthy woman can lose up to four to six pounds of body fat per four weeks. This means that while her waist size decreases, her total body weight goes up. The reason why we use the term “body fat” instead of “weight” is because muscle is 500% more dense than fat making your total body weight increase while your waist size decreases. For people who travel or take a vacation, PROJECT WELLE Online Personal Training can help them develop a personalized project that fits their needs. We can also build and implement projects based on your equipment. Giselle’s coaching is also mobile and will be there to motivate and guide you even while you're away from the country.
Yes! PROJECT WELLE Fitness and Nutrition is based in the US. While we do offer services internationally, all of the prices on the website are in US dollars. This means that the actual price that you pay will vary depending on the exchange rate and other applicable taxes and laws.

Yes! If you and your coach believe that additional coaching sessions can help you reach your goals, we can provide you with the option to purchase these. These sessions can be purchased in either a single or a package.
These sessions are mainly used for improving exercise technique in a live setting. You can also schedule a follow-up call with your coach. Keep in mind that these sessions may be available depending on your coach's client load. If you would like to discuss the possibility of receiving additional professional guidance, please speak with your coach.
We work with various groups and individuals, including couples, families, and businesses. Because of the unique goals and conditions of each client, all projects and accounts are separate. Currently, there are no specific discounts for couples due to the fact that it’s an exclusive category and raising prices isn’t what we want to do.
However, we do work with many couples. Also, not all couples need the same type of coaching. They can customize their program at any time either upgrade or downgrade. For instance, we can create exclusive challenges for small groups or corporate clients.

As a side note: The rise of social media trainers and the utter lack of experience in the nutrition and fitness sciences have seriously damaged the credibility of these fields. Many people have been tricked into thinking that they can achieve a quick fix by following a certain set of tricks or strategies. The culture of instant gratification has been preyed upon by the fitness industry. There is no magic diet or quick fix, and people actually have to put in the effort to make informed decisions when it comes to their health. Unfortunately, many trainers do not have the necessary credentials to address the needs of their clients. They often have a single-minded focus and do not have the agility to address the needs of a diverse population.
Depending on the injury and stage of healing we can create project that can help minimize the stress that an injury might cause on the affected area. We can also develop exercises that can improve mobility, flexibility, connective tissues strength and joint stabilization.
Although we at Project Welle can create projects that can help improve the quality of life for patients with mechanical malalignment or disease, we are not qualified to diagnose or treat these conditions. Instead, we will work with them to develop a customized project that will help them improve their performance.

We believe that free trials are always a poor platform for launching a healthy lifestyle. In our opinion, people who are looking for a free trial are not ready to commit to a long-term commitment to fitness. The value of a free trial diminishes the experience and expertise of our team and brand.
Instead of a static program or app that only generates template workouts, PROJECT WELLE is a fully-functioning communication platform that allows clients to interact with a live human. This level of service is very valuable in the market place, as it eliminates the need for us to maintain a costly service level. There are also plenty of free programs that are available online, such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. We built PROJECT WELLE to promote long-term results and behavior change.
At Project Welle we are able to work with both figure competitors and athletes. We specialize in strength & conditioning for athletes, and physique & figure training for competitors. Our programs are designed to assist you with higher level programming. However, we normally limit the nutritional plans for all groups to maintain the integrity of our practice.
Yes. You may change the level of your PROJECT WELLE project. Simply message your coach through the PROJECT WELLE mobile app and we will assist you.

You will be able to manage your account details and view your workout calendar. However, while you can access the web portal, you can't log in or check-in your workouts. You can do so through the mobile app, which is where all of your management is done.
Yes! All of my clients are encouraged to be active on their own platforms and social media. We believe that community is very important in a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Feel free to use our hashtag #Project Welle to show that you are part of our community. In addition, there is a client only forum that you can join right in the app. This allows you to connect with other people of the Project Welle community.
We strongly encourage both clients and trainers to communicate regularly. One of the biggest advantages of working with PROJECT WELLE is that you can instantly message your trainer using the app. The coach will respond fast to your messages. On the other hand, Phone or video calls should be scheduled as part of a regular appointment. We strive to provide the best possible service, and this is why we only accept a limited number of calls.
